About this deal

We are giving our best to develop our modules with functions as close as possible to the OEM functions from newer Bimmer models. However, that USB-C slot is hidden under a small square flip-up cover, which despite being spring-loaded at the touch of a button does seem a little over-engineered.

I want to purchase this to film something continuously for multiple days while plugged in so it does not die. The Light Mod connects to the HERO8 Black, HERO9 Black and HERO10 Black via the Media Mod (sold separately) or works as a practical standalone light for use with GoPro mounts. Beyond that, there’s a small light on the front of the bike, but honestly it’s less powerful than the GoPro light.Either way, I point this out merely because there are plenty of options here, and I think the biggest advantage of the GoPro light is just that it’s really damn small. Sparkle light fixtures are available in various finishes, such as black ash, metallic gold, and white birch, so you can choose the one that complements your existing decor. The light showed up in a timely manner; however, a wire had come undone on the power supply so a new one needed shipped.

e. reads IBUS telegrams (for example, the ones that are transmitted from your GM module when you press remote key buttons or when you turn your key to ignition position) sends digital commands to turn on lights (welcome/goodbye lights) or to add additional blinks to turn signals (comfort turn signals function). Also at that time, I had a funny feeling this would be a bit of a ‘sliding into home’ kinda thing, given that not a single accessory was available for any media to check out back then.Essentially a solution for lighting-up scenes and valuable for vlogging, Light Mod is more versatile than it looks. Are there brighter (but still smallish) options with a brighter blink mode and steady-on mode, and cold shoe mount and that would be better for multi-use bicycle safety light, head light, photography, and video? I know your issue has been already solved, but not a bad idea to leave the solution as a comment here as well: https://modbm.

Lastly, although 100 lumens is the minimum for a daytime-use blinking safety light, 300 to 1000 lumens is ideal. As such the lighting is fine for running or playing soccer/football on the interior, but less ideal for a GoPro.
